This training pipeline is designed to provide you the tools in order to be successful within the VFA-45 Spartans. Each section contains resources to help you prepare for your next promotion. The LTJG section, as an example, contains the information you'll be expected to know in order to be a qualified combat wingman and be promoted to LTJG.
After passing both your Case I Recovery qual and your combat checkride, you will be able to attend your first op. You will be automatically promoted to ENS after attending your first official operation. For the combat checkride, download the mission file and brief. You can practice as many time as you want, ask for help from others if needed, and then notify a proctor (LT or higher) that you are ready to attempt the check ride
